Meet the Inuvo Executive Management Team and Board of Directors

Richard Howe
Chairman and CEO

Mr. Howe has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since November 2008, and currently serves as the Companies Chairman and CEO. Prior to joining Inuvo, Mr. Howe served as Chief Marketing and M&A Officer at the Axciom Corporation ( NASDAQ : ACXM ), one of the largest Marketing Services companies in the world, which he joined in 2004. From 2001 to 2004, he was the general manager of Global Marketing Services at Fair Isaac & Company ( NYSE : FICO ), a leading provider of risk management software and analytics products and services. Between 1999 and 2001, Mr. Howe started, grew and sold private Internet search innovator, ieWild.

Mr. Howe has over his career led the acquisition, merger or divestiture of numerous companies on three continents. Mr. Howe has both undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering having studied at Concordia and McGill University, Canada.


Wally Ruiz
Chief Financial Officer
Wally serves as Inuvo’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company's financial functions, budgeting, human resources, legal affairs and investor relations. Wally has been the chief financial officer of both public and privately-owned companies in several industries. Prior to joining Inuvo in June 2010, he was the CFO of SRI Surgical Express, a nationwide provider of healthcare services where he was a key member of the team driving its turnaround. Wally started his career in the New York offices of Ernst & Young and has led the finance function of companies in the consumer products, oil and gas, retail, fashion and high tech industries. Wally has helped start ups through successful IPOs and growing enterprises with bank and private placement financings. Outside the office, Wally has been an adjunct professor of International Finance at the University of Miami and a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He currently serves as a director on the board of the Florida Institute of CFOs. Wally earned his MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University and a BS degree in Computer Science from St. John's University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Technology Professional.
Trey Barrett
Chief Operating Officer
Trey joined Inuvo in February 2010.  As COO of Inuvo he leads the execution of Inuvo’s strategic vision and product strategies. Prior to joining Inuvo, Trey served as Acxiom Corporation's Director of Interactive Media Products overseeing the innovation and development of Acxiom’s interactive consumer targeting product line. With over 25 years of data-driven direct marketing experience, he has been involved in several successful business start-ups in the direct and interactive marketing industries. Trey earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  Trey thrives on developing new and innovative marketing solutions leveraging consumer data.  When off the grid Trey enjoys fishing, gardening and spending time with his wife, Shana, and two children, Olivia and Will.
Andrea Haldeman
Chief Revenue Officer
Andrea joined the Inuvo team in June 2017 and is responsible for all revenue generating activities and processes including account management. With over 20 years' experience in data and analytics solutions, Andrea will grow both Inuvo's supply and demand side marketplace of publishers and advertisers. Prior to joining Inuvo, Andrea served as SVP at Infogroup, where she lead multiple teams providing data, email, digital, and data processing solutions to B2B and B2C companies. She also has held several positions at the enterprise data, analytics and software as a service company, Acxiom, where she left as Vice President, Distribution Solutions Group. 
Rick Anderson
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Anderson has been working with computers, networks and software development for over 30 years. As co-owner of AIS he was instrumental in development of hi-speed hi-volume computers and software systems for industrial automation used to manufacture products like Advil® Liqui-Gels® and RP Scherer MARBALLIZER® Paint Balls. Mr. Anderson was involved in all aspects of systems integration encompassing batch process, inventory, and accounting control methodologies. After successfully selling AIS to MSC Industrial Supply (MSM) in Jan 1997 he started Ozona Online Network an ISP/ASP. Bringing years of experience in streamlining processes he developed internet based software for the Promotional products distribution industry as well as Software As a Service (SAS) platforms for the Real Estate market. Mr. Anderson’s company was purchased by Inuvo (Kowabunga) in February of 2005. Since then he has been working to consolidate and streamline network and datacenter operations, revamp existing software products and collaboratively designed and directed the development of many of the current Inuvo software Platforms and products.
John Pisaris
General Counsel
John Pisaris has served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Inuvo since our acquisition of Vertro in March 2012.  John joined Vertro in 2004 and served as Vertro’s General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining Vertro, John was a partner in the law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP, a firm which he joined as an associate. At Porter Wright, John practiced in the corporate and securities group and advised clients on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and securities compliance. John is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Hillsdale College.

Board of Directors

Richard K. Howe
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Howe previously served as Chief Executive Officer for Inuvo before the merger with Vertro, Inc. in 2012. Before Inuvo, Rich served as Chief Marketing/Business Strategy and M &A Officer at the Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a $1.4 billion annual revenue global interactive marketing services company. While at Acxiom, he had been responsible for building the company's Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Previously, he served as general manager of the $110 million Global Marketing Services unit of Fair Isaac & Company. He was also instrumental in Fair Isaac's purchase of HNC, a software company at which he worked from 1997 to 1999. Before joining Fair Isaac, he founded and was chairman and CEO of ieWild Inc., a marketing applications "software as a service" company whose clients included leading financial services institutions. He earned a bachelor's degree with distinction in structural engineering from Concordia University, Canada, and he earned his master's degree in engineering from McGill University, Canada. Any free time Rich has is spent with his family traveling, skiing, golfing, dirt biking and watching movies. Rich is also a board member of the non-profit organization Business for Diplomatic Action.
G. Kent Burnett
Director

Mr. Burnett is a retired technology and ecommerce executive. Mr. Burnett joined Dillard's, Inc., one of the nation's largest fashion retailers, in 1979. Mr. Burnett held various executive level technology positions at Dillard's, including Chief Information Officer, Western Division Chairman and from 2009 to 2016 was Vice President of Technology and Ecommerce. Prior to joining Dillard's Mr. Burnett held various marketing, technology and engineering positions at IBM.

Gordon Cameron
Director

Mr. Cameron is a business transformation executive with three decades of success in growing businesses while managing risk. Mr. Cameron is currently an Executive Vice President in Retail Lending at PNC Financial Services, one of the largest diversified financial services institutions in the United States, where he serves as a credit risk executive, a position he has held since 2008. Prior to PNC Financial Services, Mr. Cameron was the Chief Credit Officer, Retail and Small Business Lending, at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Cameron was the Chief Scientist Transaction Analytics, Global Account Management Solutions at Fair Isaac Corporation FICO from 2001 to 2005.

Charles Morgan
Director
Mr. Morgan formerly an equity owner, Chairman of the Advisory Board and co-manager of investments of Bridgehampton Capital Management LLC. Currently, he is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bridgehampton Capital Management LLC and co-manager of investments. Mr. Morgan has extensive experience managing and investing in both private and public companies including Acxiom Corporation (NasdaqGS: ACXM), an interactive marketing services company he helped grow from an early stage company to over $1.4 billion in revenues during his tenure as Chairman / CEO from 1975 to 2008. Mr. Morgan was employed by IBM as a systems engineer for six years prior to joining Acxiom, and he holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. In addition, Mr. Morgan has served on the board and in various leadership roles with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) throughout his career, including serving as chairman of the DMA in 2001. Mr. Morgan also serves as a member and is the past chairman of the board of trustees of Hendrix College.
Charlie Pope
Director
Mr. Pope, brings more than 30 years of experience in executive management, finance and accounting to his director position. Mr. Pope was the Chief Financial Officer of Aerosonic Corpora tion (AMEX:AIM), a worldwide manufacturer of aircraft instruments. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for both Reptron Manufacturing, a manufacturer of electronic and engineering services and SRI/Surgical (NasdaqGM: STRC), which provides central processing and supply chain management services to hospitals and surgery centers across the United States. Mr. Pope served as Chief Financial Officer for UTEK Corporation (AMEX: UTK), a business development company that acquires and funds the development of new university technologies. Previously, Mr. Pope was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP during his 20 years with the firm. He holds a B.S. in economics and accounting from Auburn University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
Patrick Terrell
Director
Mr. Patrick Terrell is currently the managing member of both Terrell Group Management and PatRick Investments, LLC, private equity and real estate investment companies. He also serves on the boards of RS Medical, Routeware Inc, Skagit Garden and Aequitas Capital. Mr. Terrell served as founder and CEO of Leading Technology, a $300 million per year manufacturer of personal computers. Additionally, he founded Byte Shops Northwest, which serviced personal computers, and grew to $50 million in annual revenues.
