|Notes Payable||Notes PayableOn November 2, 2018, each of Messrs. Richard K. Howe, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and member of our board of directors, and Charles D. Morgan, G. Kent Burnett and Gordon Cameron, members of the Company’s board of directors, lent the Company $62,500, for an aggregate of $250,000, under the terms of 10% Promissory Notes. The Company used the proceeds from these notes to pay certain costs associated with the terminated Merger. The notes were unsecured, bore interest at 10% per annum and were due and satisfied on November 1, 2019.|
