Robert Vanselow Joins Inuvo as Senior Vice President of Sales
CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Inuvo(TM), Inc. (NYSE Amex: INUV) announces today that Robert Vanselow has been retained as Senior Vice President of Sales, effective August 17, 2009.
Mr. Vanselow brings with him years of experience in markets that are core to the Inuvo strategy, including performance-based email marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, customized co-registration programs, database marketing, and data monetization.
Most recently, Mr. Vanselow served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Newsmax Media, Inc., a print and online publishing company, where he was responsible for setting the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenues and increase market share for the company and its products.
Prior to Newsmax, Mr. Vanselow first served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing with Vayan Marketing Group, and then later as General Manager with MediaWhiz Holdings. Both are leading online marketing companies delivering performance-based marketing campaigns for brand advertisers, direct marketers, and interactive agencies. In these positions, Mr. Vanselow was in charge of both short- and long-term sales strategies and proved his capability to aggressively acquire brand-name advertisers and drive impressive sales revenues.
Mr. Vanselow's education includes a MBA in International Business from the University of Maryland and Bachelors in Marketing from Ferrum College in Virginia. He is currently completing his Masters degree in Financial Management and Information Systems.
